Whenever a fresh delivery of Simcoe arrives from Yakima Chief the brewers all down tools and gather excitedly in the cold room ready for the box to be prised open. Without fail, the aromas of citrus, pine, grapefruit, tropcial and stone fruits remind us of its majesty.
For this, the ultimate Simcoe one hop wonder, we added DynaBoost™ at whirpool, HyperBoost™ direct to fermenter, T90 mid-fermentation and a final hit of Simcoe® Cryo Hops® post-ferm.
